This is an entry-level position, and extensive tax experience is not required. We are specifically interested in someone with strong academic ability, excellent attention to detail, curiosity and a genuine desire to learn.

Academic Qualifications & Skills
- Rigorous Academic Background: A B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (Final year students are also welcome to apply).
- Professional Track Realignment: Progress toward ICAG, ICAN or an ATSWA qualification is an advantage but not required.
- Obsessive Attention to Detail: A natural instinct to cross-check numbers twice, follow strict standard operating procedures (SOPs), and eliminate clerical errors entirely.
- Proactive Investigative Skills: Comfortable navigating ambiguous, non-standard client files by independently researching IRS codes and CRA tax folios.
- High-Volume Stamina: The speed and mental agility to process a high volume of tax files under tight deadlines during peak tax seasons.
- Technical Fluency: Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel formulas, data manipulation) and a fast learning curve for cloud-based software.
- Long-Term Vision: A desire to build a definitive, multi-year career in international taxation, not just find a temporary job.
