• HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Building Technology, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in estimating, quantity surveying, or construction.
• Experience in the roofing or building materials industry is an advantage.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Valid Ghanaian driver’s licence is an added advantage.

• Conduct site visits to take accurate roof measurements and assess project requirements.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations for roofing projects.
• Calculate material quantities, labour requirements, and other project costs.
• Interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Liaise with clients to clarify project specifications and requirements.
• Coordinate with the production, procurement, and sales teams to ensure estimate accuracy.
• Monitor material prices and update cost databases regularly.
• Assist in preparing tenders and project bids.
• Ensure all estimates comply with company standards and pricing policies.
• Maintain records of estimates, quotations, and project documentation.
• Provide technical support to the sales team when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
